I have done a dementia in house training and this has improved my knowledge, skills and understanding through this learning activity. M y manager has received feedback from residents about my level of care I provide which is discussed in my appraisals, we also discuss if either further training is required and if I have any problem. 4.4 Show how to record progress in relation to personal development.
